Personal information may be processed to answer enquiries, assess auction instructions, administer auctions, communicate with sellers and buyers, provide valuations, maintain operational and financial records and meet regulatory obligations.

Reasonable steps are taken to keep information accurate, complete and relevant. Where information is collected directly, the purpose of collection and intended use are communicated through forms, notices or direct engagement.
